A small size autoclave of Class-B with rapid function by means of high temperature pressure steam in accordance with the latest international standard prEN13060

TMQ. CV-3250 model is fully automatic, suitable for treatment to low density materials as dressing, hollow instruments as dental drillers of low and high speed and etc in operating rooms, department of stomatology and ophthalmology, laboratory biological research and medical institutions.

Major capability and characteristics:
· Controlled by PLC with touch keys.
· The built-in imported vacuum pump capable of exhausting air thoroughly from dressings, loading bags and the hollow dental drillers with a vacuum degree of — 0.09Mpa.
· The high penetration of the steam ensures a complete sterilization.
· The post vacuum drying system providing a -0.095Mpa degree of vacuum with a residue humidity of no more than 0.2% after drying.
· Equipped with B/D test program, vacuum test program, vacuum leakage proportion less than 0.133Kpa/min.
· 0.22μm air filter ensures sterile air in, preventing inside chamber from recontamination.
· Stages, temperature and time of processes displayed dynamically on the crystal screen also with failure indication system by self-checking.
· There are equipped with 4 sterilization programs for customer's choice.
· The buzzer alarms when a cycle of operation is completed.
· Capable of killing HIV and HBS virus.

Safety devices:
· Auto protection device against over temperature: This system cuts off power automatically if the designed temperature is surpassed.
· Door safety interlock: The door cannot be opened until there is no pressure in the chamber and power for heating cannot be switched on until the door is firmly closed.
· Safety valve of auto release against overpressure: It opens when the designed pressure is surpassed.
· Electronic circuits safety device: Direct current control loop and has protection against overload and voltage surpassed, alternating current main loop has short-circuit protection device.
